Arianne Zucker (Nicole) update lawsuit

Thank you for posting the press conference, Kat.

Ari Zucker (Nicole) looked like she wanted to break down but was composed the entire time.

There just has to be something that can be done about Corday. How do the other actors feel? Especially the actors with whom she works with the most? I would rather they kill off Nicole than ever recast her. I know that is radical, but no one else can ever be Nicole.
 
Corday owns the show. He inherited it, but is not in to "soaps". Thus Alarr was able to easily take control. Corday is into music.....

Anyway, there isn't any way for the public to know what actually goes on, as am sure there are constant yakking between all concerned as to how to deal with the situation. Alarr got fired, we probably are still seeing his influence, and J. Drucker is temporarily in charge. Stay tuned. (Even the media hasn't been able to penetrate the closed doors. and lips are all zipped. LOL)
 
The best, and I hesitate to use that word, exit story line for Nicole: The truth about Jude is revealed. Eric divorces Sloan in a nanosecond. Sloan, Melinda and that awful doctor go to prison. Nicole and Eric leave Salem with Jude. Happy ending.

The thought of no Nicole on this show saddens me deeply, but if it is a done deed, at least give the viewers a decent story line.

Yes, EJ will be heartbroken, but he will rebound, especially when he knows he is not Jude's bio dad.

I felt her hurt as she kept it together at the press conference, all the years she devoted to the show and is, I think a fan favorite.

As others have said, she could easily be snapped up by another soap if there is a role she would fit. Their gain would be our loss.
 
What happened with Ari Zucker (Nicole) was criminal. Like Joseph Mascolo (Stefano) and John Aniston (Victor) were, she is a Days institution and deserved far better. The cast members are the show’s most valuable asset and should not be exposed to the misbehavior of some administrator.

If Corday can’t keep a better eye on things, he should sell Days to somebody who will.
 
It is no wonder that employees are afraid to speak up about being mistreated.....the result is losing your job. Those execs get worried perhaps their misdeeds might be revealed, so let's get rid of the tattle tale.

While some others did speak up a bit in this case, thus the perpetrator is gone, guess the fact there is the fact Corday is being sued as well. If he had taken action when he should have, all could have been avoided.

This is true in so many ways, even for her character (just as much of a disservice was done to Eric/Nicole as EJ/Nicole). This is a problem for the show with its tape delay, but especially in her case when an actor LEFT THE SHOW and they did nothing about it. I know a few fans of Eric/Nicole who were over it when he trotted off to Africa. Huge mistake on the show's part.
