I said "other" and think it was Benchie........ who is sick and tired of hearing everyone's secrets, people talking to themselves, and because Benchie just couldn't stand another minute of Nick's poor me and crying. :(

But in all seriousness, I think it is going to wind up being Gabi!

I voted Percy.... for no other reason than his being the killer leaves all the other players available for storylines.... but this way Gabi could leave and return in a few months/years and not have to explain how she got out of jail as a murderer.....

I'm sure it's Gabi. Especially since Victor mentioned his gun had been fired three times. If not by Sonny or Will, than it had to be by Gabi.

Yes, voted Gabi, wish also it had been Percy for the same reason. A story with tentacles, since EJ shipped him out of town with escorts, but he finds his way back, or because of being actually in Stefano's employ, is brought back by him. Stefano had him "keeping an eye on Kate" at Mad World, and thus Stefano knew everything. THIS IS ONLY MY WISHFUL THINKING FOLKS...

@Soaphead....we SAW the hitman afterwards stop Sami, telling her to have EJ meet him. And we SAW EJ meet the guy, pointing his gun at him. So, the hitman was very much alive after Nick stumbled into the square, all bloody.

I think more than one person fired a gun (Will) but Gabi's bullet is the one who succeeded in killing Nick. Just speculating but I think she will not serve time for the crime because she was suffering from PTSD - Posttraumatic stress disorder. And Marlena will be the one to give the diagnoses.....yeah that's the ticket

Since it appears all 3 bullets came from the same gun (when Victor mentioned to Sonny that 3 bullets were missing when the gun was replaced), I doubt there were different shooters.

I do not think it is Gabi, because when the killer confesses, they say he also confesses to something else..wonder if he had a partner in the cime?

It could still be Gabi and she could confess her part in Nick's first "death", when they threw him into the river. Or she could confess her part in hiring Andrew as her stalker, which ultimately progressed to the point of Melanie being kidnapped and held captive in the tunnels.

Perhaps - but three bullets missing from one gun doesn't mean those three bullets hit Nick - just speculating on my part anyway
