Don't know who came up with this fake gem of a storyline, (strike writers?? Or regular writers) but it has not worked out. Sure hope Connie will be gone by the end of this week. Along with her cardboard boyfriend. Bring Leo back. While he could be annoying at times, Leo came with enjoyable humor. How about giving Jada a good detective some meaty case to work on, Rafe can join her.

A shame today's writers find it difficult to write Salem characters interacting with each other, can only isolate a few into just one storyline. Sorry, guess I should be grateful we get to see even those.

John & Marlena just vanish. Patch & Kayla do the same, as do Roman, Kate, even Leo. Oh, they appear perhaps for a couple episodes, and then bingo, gone again.

A shame Corday doesn't pay the kind of attention to his soap the way his parents did.

Ron better think again, as while Connie may have been a tiny bit entertaining, a little bit of Connie goes a long way, and she has far outstayed the welcome of her visit. And now has become tiresome, cumbersome, a real drag.

Sounds about right. I was guessing end of year, or Jan. 2025. depends on how far ahead Days is now (they truly need to shut down, take a break, or something, as way too far ahead.)

But Ron departed in July.

don't think it will be to then.....but they film 5-6 months in advance now....and scripts are 2 or 3 months more......sighhhhh

They tape about 7-8 months ahead.

In April, they were taping Doug's funeral, which will air in late November/early December.

true........but they took 2-3 weeks off in summer, then added an extra week to try and reduce how far ahead they were
