I think the only time it's ever been addressed about someone being tied up for days, is when Brady had Vivian in the sarcophagus. I forget who stumbled upon the video feed of her and asked how she did her business and Vivian muttered that she didn't want to talk about it.

Yeah, when they first were on screen and joking about Jo's green bean casserole, their mutual granny, it was just a little icky. But on this show, if you are not biologically related, you are good to, umm, go.
