SPOILER !! Week Nov 25

I cannot picture anyone mowing the lawn, tending a garden giving the baby a bath, cooking dinner, tending the grill, washing dishes, etc. etc. in the suit & tie, spike heels, etc.
I wouldn't be caught dead mowing my lawn without my suit and tie. LOL!! My emojis don't work on my phone but there's a laughing face. :):):)

Soap operas usually have more glamour than a sitcom about a working class family like All in the Family. The Jeffersons always dressed up.

The glam doesn't bother me as much as everything for the women always being short and tight regardless of season. Chanel's Thanksgiving outfit was better suited summer in Miami than the Midwest in nearly winter.

Regarding the manner of dress comments, on Leave It To Beaver, June Cleaver always wore a dress, heels, and a pearl choker-like necklace.

Once upon a time, long ago, (LOL) Chicago was a hub for TV writers, along with New York and L.A. Alas, it did not last long. got dropped, so now we mostly get scenes from the L.A. perspective. Mostly warm weather, and the kind of warmer weather clothing L.A. uses. LOL

Heck, They don't even do "outdoor in winter" for scenes supposedly set in the midwest.

I don't need people walking around in sweats but that would be fine in some scenes. What I don't like is women dressing in club wear all day every day. Kristen dressing the way she does is actually a distraction to me because she's yapping but I'm thinking why can't this woman dress her age. I don't even like Ava but it makes me happy that I honestly can't think of what she wears. I do fast forward her a lot so maybe she's more out there than I think but her wardrobe not being the first thing I think of is nice.
