Nicole didn't know she was doing this a second time. It seems to me that alone would nullify any right she may have to that baby. They would have to get the clinic and the doctor involved.

I don't understand how Eric could be the father. Did he at one time freeze his sperm and they will just re write history again? If that is the case, then the clinic is at fault. He didn't approve Chloe to carry his child. Am I missing something?

One would think, but this is Salem, after all. Plus, I believe she mentioned that their agreement stated she didn't need approval from Daniel and Nicole to try again.

No, you're not missing anything. But in the newly created flashback, when they were at the hospital for the fertility procedure, the nurse came into the room and apologized for getting hung up. She was explaining that the specimens were taken to the lab and labeled, but she got held up by a situation with "some drunk".

There had to be a reason for that line being thrown in. Several have speculated that somehow, in some "only-in-Salem" situation, the drunk was Eric and he managed to switch out Daniel's swimmers for his own.
 
Greg Vaughan (Eric) also stated at Day of Days that he would be getting involved with this storyline. If you go to the Day of Days thread and watch the Facebook interview of the entire cast, that is where he says it.

I think Chloe's concerns about Deimos are valid. Nicole has done nothing to prove that she would choose Holly over Deimos. So I get Chloe's concerns. They just overheard him on the phone threatening to murder someone yet Nicole is still blowing it off as if it's nothing. Who in their right mind would want a kid exposed to that situation? It also sounds like Belle may be a voice of reason. We shall see how it plays out.

I'm curious about who helps Jen as well. Eric? Anne? Jack??

I don't care about Kate, Eduardo or Dario. Can we move her on to a triangle with Roman and Hattie?
 
Bet Jen runs into Eric...??? And that is who helps her. Eduardo may be upset about Dario, since Dario has gone rogue, ordered the hit on Deimos, which brings down the wrath of Deimos on his enemies..

Dario also is the one who caused the "Big 3" meeting to collapse into no agreements between them all.

Congratulations, pal, you've joined the ranks of characters who shall be forever nameless. A couple of months ago, I came up with a nickname for him "The Mediterranean Menace" but that's too long and more effort then he deserves. He is a cockroach, no he's the thing that eats the waste product of cockroaches, no he's the thing that eats the thing that eats the waste product of cockroaches!

This is an outrage! *sputter*

P.S. I'm sure it comes as no surprise that I would have something to say about that one right? LOL
