Sami would beg to differ on this one! She's say it was karma that someone took Nicole's baby, since Nicole took Sami's baby. Then Sami would swoop in and take Holly as one of her 15 children.

- Belle is back in Salem.
- She is asked to be Chloe's legal savior.
- Let the custody battle for baby Holly begin!

They just did a custody battle between Chad and Jennifer for Thomas awhile back and Belle was involved then! This is getting old. Chloe is no saint, she had a past. plus Holly is not her baby, she was just an surrogate mother. In the real world she would not have any legal right to the baby. Plus Deimos is going to do something to her.

Why can't these moron writers come up with something new??!!!

Me too. Also, at Day of Days, Greg Vaughan (Eric) specifically said he would be getting involved in this storyline. Why else would he say that if he weren't going to end up being the dad?

she was just an surrogate mother. In the real world she would not have any legal right to the baby.

Depends on the state. In some states, the surrogate mother is the legal mother. She has to relinquish her parental rights and the bio mom and dad have to legally adopt the child. And in other states, the bio parents are the legal parents, while the surrogate has no rights.

I'm guessing in the magical land of Salem, Chloe is the legal mother.

I think a handful of things: Carrie/Austin/Anna, Belle/Shawn, Vets are Ryan Quan's influence but the vast majority is Dena Higley. Too obvious a pattern.
