Will is stupid

Will gave Sami so much grief for cheating on Rafe, who was a great husband and stepfather that gave Sami everything she needed both physically and emotionally. Then he turns around and does the same exact thing.

Sami was a faithful partner to whoever she was with and I still believe that the hate boink was completely out of character. However she wasn't unfaithful until after many different relationships and then years and years of EJ's garbage. She chose both Lucas and Rafe over EJ, as they were great men.

But Will wasn't even in an adult relationship for more than a year and he cheats. Sonny did everything thing for Will and his child just the way Rafe did for Sami and her children and Will throws it all to hell over someone he really doesn't even know.
Will is garbage. Stupid garbage.
 
Sadly to say it wouldn't be a soap opera unless there was cheating. As I have seen on other soaps it happens and some times it makes the couple stronger when the anger and sadness is over.
 
Yup--if the writers were good, the financial issues, Will's time away from his family, and even the Gabi-Melanie kidnapping thing that Sonny kept secret would've provided enough drama. There was no reason for that bed hopping with Paul to come in. While the two characters have chemistry, it made no sense and came out of nowhere.
