yEP, I have done that with various letter combos......Speaking Engish is so easy, but learing to write it is the hard part. The spelling of words doesn't seem to follow hard and fast rules
write....right
night....knight
done....dun
bear.....bare
hare.....hair
pare....pear
Kudos to those who came and still come here from another country and manage to learn despite the differences, and there are oh, so many.
