YAWN

This is a Re-Ron story. It will be new and exciting, not dull and predicable.

In the article talking about Sarah's magical mythical healing they mention how not even death means dead in Salem. I thought Kenny Boy said a couple of years ago dead meant DEAD. Since that bold statement has anyone died, unless the actor portraying the character died?

I think that Sophia goes after Tate, he is polite but still into Holly........however the Sophia/Holly friendship may go kaput. (just my thoughts)

And thank you Kat, for leaving out all the speculation from those spoilers (I had seen them earlier today). :) Don't know why the site refers to them as spoilers, when they add their own speculation to a spoiler. :tsk::tsk:

Ol' Kenny Boy did say the dead will remain dead, but that didn't last long. When Re-Ron first came aboard, he said the first thing he had to do was right the wrong of killing off Will, so he was resurrected. And they resurrected Aiden by saying it was a DiMera Frankenclone who was killed that night. Since then, we've seen several resurrections from the dead. They even sort of tried to resurrect Stefano by saying his "essence" was on a chip implanted into Steve's brain. Same with Princess Gina's "essence" implanted into Hope again.

But honestly, Days isn't the only soap that pulls the dead from their graves and reanimates them. A few tippy taps on the keyboard and golly gee wow, a deady-dead-dead character is now miraculously alive via a flimsy explanation.

That was my first thought, too..........

Then I thought of Dr. Mark Greene.......who must have a "storyline" coming up some time, as so far hasn't.....and he is supposed to be up to no good?????

We all know that Salem, somehow, always manages to find miracle cures.........also no scars ever after major surgery of any kind.

Will Sarah take a couple pills, or maybe teaspoons of some liquid? Or will she get hypnotized or brainwashed or something............because her inability to walk is just all in her head??? Maybe just a masage will do the trick. Or did the writers perhaps get more inventive???

Well, from the one article with Linsey Godfrey (Sarah), she's still in a wheelchair come Christmastime. So whatever the magical cure is, it won't be working until at least after Christmas. Or maybe she'll walk on Christmas as a Salem miracle.

Can’t you just hear Holly squawk: “If Eric hadn’t killed my brilliant dad, Sarah would be cured by now!”

Pity poor Tater Tot — he’s got a boozy father, an absentee mother, and goes to a high school that seems to have only two girls his age.

For a wealthy man who could afford the best lawyers, Victor certainly left behind a messy situation relating to his will.

Finally, more inane B&S b/s? Barf!! I’d rather watch Leo moan about the absence of his long-lost Dimitri.

And they resurrected Aiden by saying it was a DiMera Frankenclone who was killed that night.
I don't know if you meant this, but this happened well before Re-Ron was head writer.
I wasn't sure which one returned first. I just double-checked and Aiden was killed in November of 2015, then shown to be alive in May of 2016.

Ron Carlivati started with Days in early 2017, then Will was resurrected around Halloween of 2017.

So Aiden was the first one resurrected from the dead (with a rewrite to say it wasn't really him, so he never really died) after Kenny Boy's bold statement of "the dead will remain dead", then Will was the next one, under Re-Ron's helm.

JS, thanks for the shout out for Aiden “Dead Bird” Jennings. It’s time for him to return to Salem. Sure he had a few screws loose, but he was a real attorney who actually had an office. And with sleazy DA EJ salivating over the chance to bring charges, any charges, against people, Salem could use more lawyers. Justin can’t save everyone by himself.

Yes. I couldn't remember exactly when Ken Corday made that statement, but I knew it was before Will for sure.

It also irks me because they made Will's resurrection special, if a bit preposterous, and then about a year later everybody and their brother started coming back.
