Eve has sex with JJ because it makes her feel young. He is after all a young hottie and he wants her. She really like how it makes her feel (Yeppers!!) young. When she saw him with Roxanne, she thought she could be losing that feeling. As for JJ, it's his hormones, a cougar, lots of experience. Most young guys do not care how old the woman necessarily is, but only if she is hot and horny.
 
Trust me, my child is 35 and I would ream her out if she ever did anything like this. And I would probably try to beat the crap out of the other party too! That's just being a Mother whether it's right or wrong, you never stop being a Mother. Hell my Mom is 80 and she can still tell me off.
