Great comment. These writers don't seem to be capable of writing anything decent (and positive) nor have they come up with even 1 original storyline idea. I think Days should just hire some of the fans who write fan fiction. They would come cheap and more than likely come up with a lot better storylines.

I don't think the character should be recast or killed off, I think Nicole should be written off as she serves no purpose the way they are currently writing her. They should have had Eric return briefly at some point to come take Nicole & Holly back with him to Africa and written them off as a family and together in the same place instead of this crap we got where Eric is nowhere to be seen and Nicole is cheating on him.

I was wondering where Holly was the other night when Nicole was out drinking and then spending the night with Xander. Allie was out with Chanel so was not home at the time when Nicole left, Roman had Henry for Allie, but Holly was never mentioned. We know Maggie is out of town right now so she was not watching Holly, and Nicole has no family in town. I can't see a babysitter or daycare center watching Holly overnight, so unless Allie picked her up after she got Henry, Holly was left all by herself with no mention of who was caring for her. The only other explanation would be that Holly was spending time in New York with her big brother Parker and Nancy was watching her for Nicole.
 
All the writers have to do is have someone mention casually where Holly or any of the other kids are when they are not obviously with their parents (on a sleepover, with grandparents, aunt, uncle, etc). They did this when Bo was in a coma and Hope was off to Alamania with John that time they were getting a divorce (when they found out they were married when she was Gina and he was the Pawn). Nobody in town mentioned where Ciara was, who was a small girl at the time. It wasn't with Doug and Julie, as they had went out of town at the time, so by default it was probably Caroline, but it was never mentioned onscreen.
