Shawn relays upsetting news and we have a funeral? Really - is the show going to kill off another baby? I hope that is just stupid spoiler language and everyone's babies are fine. And I really don't want to have to go through Lani losing a baby again. I wonder why Claire isn't helping Ciara get ready for the wedding. Isn't that part of the Maid of Honor's role?

Three months of Sami means that it will be really easy for me to break this habit of watching this show.
 
The thing with Days is.........they closed down filming themselves for quite an extended period, and had just about got going again, when the shut down for Covid began. Alison Sweeney (Sami) noted the shutdowns in her interview. Remember when they closed down from end of Nov. til nearly Feb. , then in March another shut down. The writers noted they had to do some tweaking, and guessing the same MAY have to be done to some episodes. LOL, WE just may see more cut scenes, which will later be thrown into other shows as "flashbacks". Who knows?
 
Wednesday July 22:
Belle realizes Claire lied to her. [Really? As the old question goes, how can you tell Claire is lying? -- her lips are moving.]
Jake invites Gabi to the wedding as his date. [Jake volunteered to spend time with the awful Gabi? How could he do something this dumb? As Mr. Peabody used to say on Rocky and Bullwinkle: "Some people just aren't very smart."]

Thursday July 23:
Chaos erupts at Ben and Ciara’s wedding. [The writers should be ashamed for using this by now trite plot device over and over again.]
Sarah is impressed with Xander's heroics. [Three cheers for the heroic X-Man, but this spoiler is further proof of what a fickle twit Sarah is.]
Allie and Lani fear for the health of their babies. [Enough with the sick babies. What makes the writers think that infants in medical distress is entertainment?]
 
I doubt the funeral will be for a major character.
As to Lani & Allie..........there is quite a difference in their pregnancy stages, so I am gonna guess this is another poor wording attempt by the spoiler writer to make something of nothing.
