It's interesting that the ratings got progressively worse as the week went along. It's been doing that a lot lately. Sami's last day was Thursday, the second lowest day of the week. I can only imagine what this past week will bring in ratings considering it was very Paige/JJ/Eve heavy. Oy.

I'm betting that the episodes with Kristen-Daniel and JJ-Eve grossed out so many people (who read the spoilers and could tell what would happen beforehand) that they will have low ratings.

It shows how Days neglected to have a couple of slam bang stories in place, dragged out the exits of Sami & her kids. One soap big rule is that as you are ending a story arc, you already have another big one beginning. Days just has not done that.

thanks, Sparks........

After 21 years on DAYS she was the golden girl, you would think viewers wanted to see her exit, but no one came to the party. TIIC pushed the envelope with junior/Sami by turning the show into the Days of Ej/Sami show. Viewers were disgusted by these two, couldn't stand watching them, and started tuning out months before this, and never came back for the final curtain call!

And I agree with Sparkster, I don't see the ratings getting better in the near future! There's more to life than cougar SL, doing whatever to fetus/babies, rape, drugs, and one character carrying the show, didn't TiIC learn anything with junior trying to be everything to everyone in the end!

interesting numbers.

I wonder how they will be for this past week

I take a year off watching this hot mess, and the rankings stay exactly the same. Yay for consistency, by every measure Days remains dead last. Guess the viewing public, in this case the Soap Opera audience, is still rejecting Corday's vision. Damn here I thought he was correct and his changes would draw in droves of new & lapsed viewers, apparently we were both wrong. :sarcasm: :beat:
