Re-Ron, famous for copying previous successes of other writers, is trying to recreate the megasuccess of Pinky, Ciara's backpack, with Sweaty, Kerry's sweatshirt, and failing miserably.

I thought it would be fun to make a list of items that became part of a storyline, like right now, Kerry's Rochester sweatshirt.

Probably the most famous items in Salem are the Horton ornaments.

We had Ciara's pink backpack.

The flashdrive with the video of Kristen raping a drugged Eric.

Fred the Elephant filled with "sparkles" (per Parker; they were diamonds).

The lifesaving orchid plant.

Sami's diamond earring that little Ciara found.

The prisms that Stefano needed back in the day to cure his brain tumor.

The rolled up letter in Alice's ornament that Stefano said he was in her debt for saving Baby EJ's life (after Susan and Edmund had left Salem with the baby).

The key hidden inside the Horton Town Square plaque that opened the safety deposit box with the marriage license between Hope and John.

The Anastasia Egg.

Abby's circle virginity club pin.

The diamond necklace in the time capsule that Little Dougie III stole.

Ben's red neckties.

Steve's bionic eye.

The little Buddha statues that Julie handed out after a relaxing cruise she and Doug had been on.

Should probably add the all-purpose baseball cap and sunglasses disguise everybody uses.

There was something about a ruby necklace that belonged to Alice, that teenage Shawn and Belle were involved with finding.

Caroline's knitting basket with letters hidden in the bottom that she had written to Victor but never sent, one of them saying she was pregnant with his child.

Aiden’s law office (notable because he was the only Salem attorney ever to have one).

The DiMera love couch, home of the hate boink.

Chess boards. They are always interesting and unique, and rarely played beyond a move or two.

There was a storyline where Stefano died and in his will he left odd items to various Salemites. A Sleeping Beauty pillow for Marlena, a boat figurine with a little boy for Pop Shawn Brady, a jar of kippers (fish) for Kate, a string of paper dolls for Celeste, etc. The storyline was dropped and we never found out the significance of the items.
