For those who are confused, porkchop made up one of those annoying commercials that run with the lawyers who want you to sue everyone. In this case, it would be a lawyer suggesting you sue for bad construction of castles and windows and that Stefano should sue since Kristen died after going out the window.

If the castle was one of the DiMera family properties, Stefano probably has only himself to blame. When he put in replacement windows, he probably answered an ad for a local company that advertised finestre relacement economici (cheap replacement windows). Why do this? Why not? He's too cheap to put in a good security system at the DiMansion and hired a butler who's so lazy that he rarely bothers to answer the door.
