By now you may have heard from the local busybodies that I spent the night with Rafael’s horrid little sister, Gabi. Please be assured that this meant nothing. It was just a ploy to mess with the minds of my foolish brother, Stefan, and the upstart Gabi with whom I am engaged in a deadly struggle for control of DiMera Enterprises. When it comes to luv action, you are still my one and only, and I surely miss our exciting trysts.

Abigail DiMera — one-third of your estate;
Salem Symphony Orchestra Fund — $50,000;
Smith Island Raccoon Beneficial Trust — $35,000;
Cat Ladies Club of Salem —$10,000;
Mia McCormick (high school girlfriend) — $5,000;
Charles Woods (ex-father) — 50 cents;
Thomas and Charlotte DiMera — the remainder of your estate.

Dear Mr. Jennings,

I am writing to offer you the opportunity to return as Salem’s district attorney. It’s a great opportunity especially since you will be succeeding the awful EJ DiMera, which will make you look brilliant by comparison. As for your past misfortunes in Salem, nobody remembers your unfortunate involvement with the DiMeras, who by the way, are a shadow of their former selves and are a popular subject of local jokes. Your former love interest, Hope Brady, is long gone from Salem as is her cop/criminal husband Bo. As for your troubled son, nobody remembers him at all. What people do remember is that you actually had a real office and your resourcefulness in escaping DiMera captivity withe the help of your brave dead bird friend.

Please be advised that you will be aided in our war on crime by the intrepid detective Jada Hunter, who only yesterday, single-handedly arrested the mad stabber who had been running amok in the community. You also will not be facing top legal competition. For example, one defense lawyer recently fled town after it was revealed that she had stolen another woman’s baby.

So come on back to Salem. I may be loud, but together we can make Salem proud.

Dear Connie,

Can you tell me where you had cardboard Li made? My husband, Xander’s, relationship with the late Charlie Dale had a very good effect on him and I’m sure the presence of a cardboard Charlie in his office will help keep him on the straight and narrow.
