Rafe’s kitchen - Javier is eating breakfast cereal out of the container as a very sad Gabi walks in. Gabi tells Javi, she’s getting a divorce and places her wedding and engagement rings on the table.
Leo is thinking about what he should write for B/S. Alex walks up and they chat about Alex and Stephanie sleeping together. Alex tells Leo to be quiet and that they aren’t a couple.
Sitting outside enjoying coffee, sleeveless Joy and Stephanie chat. Stephanie needs information for Joy’s bio.
Johnny and Chanel walk into the DiMera room and talk about how Chanel killed it at the Pineview Pub scenes. Johnny asks are they okay? Chanel needs a shower. They rehash how horrible Johnny behaved, coming short of the Joy thing.
Stephanie explains how Joy is going to get blowback on being a homewrecker. On the show. Stephanie explains that soap fans are the best.
Leo and Alex continue to talk about sleeping with co-workers. Leo is looking for love.
Javi and Gabi talk about the Stefan letter. Gabi tosses the signed papers on the table. (I guess they will automatically get filed?) Javi pulls Gabi into a supportive hug when in the door come Jada and Rafe, all smiles and Jada’s waving her hand around. Gabi welcomes Jada to the family. Javi is introduced to the family. Jada tells Javi she is thrilled to be wearing the ring of Javi’s mother. Rafe and Jada explain the situation around the proposal. They tell Gabi that Vivian Alamain is the person arrested.
Leo and Alex continue to discuss their past loves. What they want for the future. Stephanie walks into the bar.
Gabi is interested that Vivian is in town. A brief conversation then dropped. Back to the proposal. Jada tells of the doctors and nurses clapping and cheering. They are going to go celebrate the start of their marriage. Javi and Gabi will get a headstart on drinks.
Nancy finds Joy and they talk about her getting the job on B/S. Nancy tells Joy to be careful not to sleep with anyone on the set.
Johnny and Chanel continue to talk of Johnny’s jealousy. Johnny will do whatever it takes for Chanel to forgive him. Of course, she thinks it’s just name calling. She’s thrilled that neither of them cheated on each other. Johnny clears his throat, there is something he needs to tell her. We get the full flashback to Johnny meeting Joy and her returning his ring, just outside the pub.
Joy is upset her mom thinks she will just start sleeping around. They openly discuss Nancy finding a man’s wedding ring in her hotel room. Nancy “trusts” Joy. She has found a place for Joy to live.
Leo calls Stephanie over to join them. Leo is alone again as Alex and Stephanie discuss sleeping on a hospital bed. They are to keep their distance from each other, per HR rules.
Chanel wants to know what it is that Johnny wants to tell her? Johnny chickens out and invites her out to dinner. Breakfast for dinner at the Pub, even though “Chef” has dinner prepared.
Jada has showered and changed into a blue lowcut dress. They kiss.
Leo talks to his laptop; he is going to create his own lover. Javi sits next to Leo and asks what does a guy have to do to get a drink around here? Leo shares his drink with Javi. They discuss adult beverages, and jobs, and Leo being a writer. Gabi comes in and breaks up these two soon to be soulmates.
Alex and Stephanie continue to chat, they really don’t know each other well as Stephanie thought. Alex was still sleeping with Chanel because Leo told her. Stephanie admits she was jealous.
At the pub Chanel is having a cup of hot cocoa. Johnny thanks her for throwing him a surprise birthday party. He's sorry he ruined it for her. Chanel wants to go to Figi on the private jet for her birthday, no surprise party. Nancy walks in with Joy.
Rafe thinks Jada is over-dressed, perhaps she should only be wearing the ring. They head upstairs to the bedroom to see if that outfit will work.
Gabi tells Javi about some of the things Leo has done but Javi is gone. He wants Leo.
Alex and Stephanie continue to discuss pointless sex on the set. Stephanie thinks that maybe they can go back to being great friends.
Rafe and Jada finally appear at the bar.
At the Pub, Nancy is thrilled that Joy will be among friends. She wants Johnny to show some extra attention. Johnny agrees.
Javi joins Leo again and tells him that his cousin, Leo interrupts, Gabi’s your cousin? Javi goes on about all the bad things Leo has done in the past. He doesn’t care, he doesn’t scare easily. Javi likes a bad boy. Leo likes whatever kind of boy Javi is.
Joy is horrified that Nancy wants to rent a room above the pub. Chanel keeps repeating the phrase she wants to meet the woman who is coming to steal her man.
Rafe apologizes for celebrating while Gabi is going through a divorce. Stephanie interrupts with a desire to see the “blinding” engagement ring. Stephanie and Jada go giggling off to another part of the world. Rafe grills Gabi on what happened? He saw her rings on the table and heard her comment Vivian is wasting her time.
Gabi wanted to fight for her marriage, but Stefan is gone, left the country and is never coming back. Javi gets some music playing and the dancing starts. Leo helps himself to some champagne. Alex walks by the dancing party, gives a deep “sexy” look at Stephanie then leaves. Stephanie sees the look then she just looks off into space. (true it is her normal reaction to things)
Pub - no one notices how uncomfortable Johnny is as they all have breakfast for dinner. (as if this is a new thing) A new type of music is being played over the ending.
