Brady and Theresa (Tues., 9/2)

I doubt if many are surprised at finding them in bed today!! After all, Brady is just "depressed and seeking love wherever he can get it". Theresa just happens to show up at the right moment. NOW is the time when she will become pregnant!! AND, maybe Brady will see her in a different light today?? And when pigs fly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time for me to get my head done!!!!

Oh, I am sure that seeing Kristen, whom he professed to detest so much...probably why she was smiling and smirking.....just put him in the mood that he needed to "forget", or something. Whatever he tells himself. Bet he then apologizes to Theresa. "sorry, shouldn't have happened, etc. etc."

Theresa is a horrible person but she is an interesting character and is played by a good actress so I can't help but root for her to become a better person. So I just didn't like that Brady used her that way. I mean here she was bringing him the annulment papers and he makes a total move on her. Why wouldn't she be hopeful for a relationship.

She's gonna feel that sure Brady said he shouldn't have jumped her bones but she also is gonna feel that something is drawing him to her as well. I think that John should never remember the incident. Theresa needs to realize that Brady replaces drug use for sex.

And Theresa needs to realize that she isn't diving into drugs over the whole thing. Sure she has had a drink here and there but we haven't seen anything other than a drink and not drinking herself numb when she can. This can be her dropping the drugs story as well.

Theresa had more than a drink here and there if I remember right. She was a drunken junkie most of the time.

Theresa was partying for sure but you could see a stark difference between her intake and Brady's totally going overboard. However my post is about her post John incident use. We haven't seen any drugs and just a couple of drinks here and there. Anyone with a serious issue under the stress that Theresa is now would dive in and let it take over their lives the way Brady was doing before the John incident.

About the drug use....I seem to recall Theresa inhaling quite a bit of coke???!!!!! That's certainly a heavy addicting drug in my book!

She hasn't done coke in awhile, though.

And when she was suggesting more coke she was suggesting that Brady have a boost. So she did do it but he was doing alot more. He was doing it and lots of it without being around her as well. She hasn't been shown to touch it since bonking John. @jkg it is a heavily addicting drug but it's clear that Theresa is not addicted.

There are some people who dont qualify for a substance use disorder diagnosis because they don't use very frequently and it doesnt significantly affect them. At this point, I think Theresa falls into that category.

Last year in my college, there were some people I knew who regularly used highly addictive drugs (no, I was not one of them; don't worry, lol) for a good time, but weren't addicted. They stopped easily for a few weeks, didn't really miss the drug, but then would 'celebrate' a special event with it, or take it at a party or some such event. On the other hand, there were others who really were addicts. I'd gather Theresa is probably similar to the first group of people I described.
