Amanda Corday, the daughter of "Days" Executive Producer Ken Corday, and granddaughter of Betty & Ted Corday, reprises her role as Karin, a candy striper at University Hospital, on the Tuesday, December 2 episode. She last appeared in 2013.

Oh, wow, I had just been thinking about her earlier today. Wondering why we never saw her again after her appearance last year.

Did she have something significant to do in the episode she appeared in? I can't remember who she is, exactly.

She was in 8 episodes actually in 2013. She was a candy striper who became friends with Theresa.

Karin pretty much worshiped Theresa last time around as I recall, though after the OD she apologized to Jen for imitating Theresa's attitude.

That was my guess too! You have to work a certain number of days to keep SAG-AFTRA health insurance.

She didn't seem to be of much importance today. I'd really rather have seen more airtime from a vet.

The Abigail stuff seemed petty. They should have just used her to care for Paul and then call it a day.

I get that she is the boss' daughter but they still could have used her in a better way.

I thought those scenes were meant to be comic relief. Not great comedy, but it does go with Abby's new snarkiness towards those who cross her at work.

It was interesting how Abby handled the situation like she
did the day before with Anne and Theresa.
