Julie runs into a mystery man outside of St. Luke's, played by Peyton Meyer. His role is yet-to-be-announced. Meyer is best known to fans from his roles on "Girl Meets World" and "American Housewife."

Yes, Scotty Banning (David's son) was with Faith Taylor. And yes, her father was a cult leader.

She and Scotty left Salem as an engaged couple in 1990. Faith was played by Melinda Clarke, the real life daughter of John Clarke (Mickey Horton). Faith was given a Horton ornament the Christmas of 1989, as Scotty's fiancee. It was later reused as Jack's ornament:

but I'd take Spencer or his son, too.
Spencer was going to attend law school in Salem in 1991, but they dropped the storyline, so unless they greatly de-aged Spencer, this kid is way too young. But like you said, he could be Spencer's son or even grandson due to SORAS.

My money's on him being the son/grandson of Dougie, Scotty or Spencer.

For those not aware, Julie has a full brother, Steven Olson, last played by Stephen Schnetzer, better known as Cass Wintrop on Another World. He was a crook and con artist who fled Salem in 1979, after smuggling diamonds and using Julie's antique store to do it.

In 1991, there was a brief comment by Julie that Steven's son, Spencer (who was never seen or mentioned until that comment) was going to come to Salem to attend law school. Then he was never mentioned again.

Steven Olson will be returning to Salem for Doug's funeral, played again by Stephen Schnetzer.

Here are Steven and Julie, and Doug with Steven.

Also for those not aware, Doug has a son, named Dougie LeClair. After Addie (Julie, Steven, and Hope's mother) died, Doug wanted another child. He decided to have one with a surrogate. Then he and Julie reunited and he figured they'd have a child at some point, so he called off the surrogacy plans, unaware a surrogate had already conceived.

He had a pregnant housekeeper and had no idea she was the surrogate. Her name was Rebecca North. Rebecca had no idea Doug was the sperm donor she was supposed to be carrying a baby for. Robert LeClair loved Rebecca. She liked him, but wasn't in love with him, although she did agree to marry him when he asked, to give her child a name. They named the baby after Robert's best friend, Doug, and asked him to be the godfather.

At some point, Doug figured out little Dougie was his son, but it was all kept quiet. Later, Rebecca and Robert divorced, and she reconnected with an old boyfriend and married him. They left town with little Dougie. Then they were killed in a car accident. Robert went to get Dougie, since he was his legal father. They moved to France and we never saw little Dougie again. Supposedly he renamed the child Charles.

Dougie had a Horton ornament since the Hortons all loved him. It was identical to Hope's. It appears when Hope's ornament broke, the prop department just painted her name over Dougie's ornament, back in the day. So, Dougie was "ornament worthy" when he was in Salem.

Here is Hope with little Dougie:

Here's Dougie's ornament before it was repainted with Hope's name. Hope's current ornament was Dougie's:

This is probably Julie's son. Created when she donated eggs for women who needed eggs to become mothers. (Don't you remember that touching storyline 30 years ago? Close to the time Maggie had Summer) :sarcasm:
Another egg baby? No thanks. Viewers had enough of that when Love Doctor Jonas was doing his thing.

He also could be some unknown guy, Bonnie's son, some neighbor's relative, or just a random cop, lawyer, doctor, etc. Days really needs to get characters in who are not related to Hortons, Bradys, Johnsons, etc. Hard to pair couples when so many are related.
