It's also National Coming Out day..... know that whoever you are I will always be your ally.....

I was out and about early today. I have something else that needs to be done but alas I waited too long and it is to warm to work in the new storage unit. I want to have him park in the garage, this winter so we rented another storage unit and will set up the shelving and tables to empty out the garage. Saturday we will be in the 90's so maybe next week we will be able to make the big move.
It's football Friday and tomorrow is a bit state wide Marching Band Tournament.... busy weekend.....

Happy Friday to all...

Sunny and in the 60s. Was able to get out a bit.

Robin: I'm with you on being an ally to all. We share this planet, and we must stop the hate, all of it. I do like eggs, so let's celebrate all the different ways they can be cooked. Enjoy all your activities.

rfsexton: I used the sad emoji because I am sad for you and potential issues at your workplace. I do hope it works outs.

Let's all enjoy the rest of our day, we made it through another week.

Another sunny day. Tomorrow will be the warmest day.

Staying in again today. I got chilled last night looking for the lights.

robin, enjoy this evening and the weekend. Good luck with the new storage unit.

rf, I hope the situation at work works out.

Wilde Woman, I hope your Friday is going well.

I hope everyone has a nice evening and good weekend.

Tis windy & 65 here, sun is out, and beautiful blue sky. Robin, hard to believe Witchita is 90! Hope it cools down some for you next week

We're getting to 97* today, 99* tomorrow, 98* on Sunday, then finally it will begin to cool down some.
I went to the town across the river, not to the Walmart town. This closer one is where I do bank, utilities, and pharmacy. Also doctor, post office, and grocery store as needed, though not today. I went to a Mexican restaurant and ate before making four other stops. Brought half of the lunch home with me for another day. I got cheese enchiladas and the young waiter told me I lucked out because it was the special of the day.

I should get up before I drift off to sleep. I hope everyone is having a good day. Have said a prayer about your work place situation, Sexton.

Don't know how my Houston daughter stands it. She is from Chicago, (tho living in Texas a lot of years now). But then, last time she was up this way (abouty 3 years ago) the weather seemed so nice....and she was shivering, cold, etc. and it was around 68°. And when we were down there in the month of March..........just too warm for us. LOL. Yep, all in what we get used to . :)

We had some good friends in Pennsylvania. Years later she visited their daughter, who had moved to Dallas, and was helping her paint some things outside. She remarked how difficult it was to paint because the hot, dry air dried the paint so fast. I laughed because everything had seemed more difficult to me in Pennsylvania due to the endless humidity. Hey, here at my home in Texas I used to hang clothes on the line. In the summer the first ones would be almost dry before I could get the last ones on the line! What could be better than that? Also, when painting, I count it an advantage to have the paint dry fast so you don't have to wait long to put on a second coat or if not that, just to be finished with it and put it to use. :)
